40–150 guests can enjoy the sublime view of a harbour sunset with 5 star accommodation only metres away. A private jetty is also available for that truly special arrival.

Harbour views and heritage buildings provide a brilliant backdrop for your photos, with the convenience of 5 star accommodation only 100m away. A private jetty is available for that special grand entrance.

Please find attached a sample list of menus that we have previously prepared. These are but an indication of our chef’s ability and we hope to develop a premium range for your special occasion, including various local seafood , and freshly shucked local oysters provided by Dawson’s.

Each wedding is specifically designed for your individual tastes and requirements. So obviously, future appointments will be necessary to determine the specifics of your special day.
As the venue will be available exclusively for your special day and we exclude our regular guests, venue hire is a more appropriate method of quoting .Our rates are determined by the date, size, and time of your wedding.
We can cater for children with a special menu and activities to make their day special too, and yes, beverage packages run for 5 hours.

Important Conditions
Silo does not host 18th's,HEN's or BUCKS parties.
Confirmation of numbers required 2 weeks prior to function. A $25 per vacant seat charge will apply on night, if numbers less than confirmed. Menu’s are subject to change, final menu available on deposit. Please see terms and conditions.
Booking and Deposit Policies
We are always happy to hold tentative dates for functions for you. A deposit will however be required 14 days from the date of the booking, or in the event that we have a second enquiry for the venue for the same date. For venue exclusivity functions we require a $500 deposit and for tables of 12 or more, $100 with the balance paid at the end of the event. Payment can be made byEFT, cash, Visa, MasterCard, Bankcard, American Express(+2%), Diners Club (+2%)or, by prior arrangement, cheque. Cancellation within 7 days of the date of function will result in a forfeiture of deposits paid.
