1st, 2nd & 3rd year Apprentices required to join award winning team.

Casual Professional Chef
Casual Chef required for 16 hrs per week. Weekends Included
Al a carte experience necessary. Passion for fine food.
Ability to work with a structured team environment.
Current industry experience required.
Flexible Hours available if all criteria met.
Casual Waitstaff
Wait-Staff needed for our busy award winning restaurant
•Valid NSW RSA required
•You must have a minimum of 6 months hospitality experience to be considered.
•You must be able to carry 3 plates and move quickly
•Well groomed and presentable
•You must be a team player and love customer service
•Must be available 40 weekends a year & nights
•We have full-time and casual hours available. See our website for full details.
•This position could require you to work floor shifts serving customers as well as standard bar work.
•Must be available for at least the next 6 months
•Silo pays under a Collective Agreement which is a flat rate Monday - Sunday with public holidays paying time & a half, plus tips distributed weekly.
