Catering for 40 to 150 guests, Silo offers a stunning stand up canapé menu right through to a 6 course seated degustation with Modern Australian cuisine based on classic French techniques from an award winning chef. Matched wines from the extensive cellar will compliment all choices.
Harbour views and heritage buildings provide a brilliant backdrop for your photos, with the convenience of 5 star accommodation only 100m away. A private jetty is available for that special grand entrance.
Silo would be delighted in providing a venue for you, your family and friends in making this a truly memorable occasion.
Please find attached a sample list of menus that we have previously prepared. These are but an indication of our chef’s ability and we hope to develop a premium range for your special occasion, including various local seafood , and freshly shucked local oysters provided by Dawson’s.
Silo is owned and run by a team of dedicated professionals who know just how much can go into making your day exactly that, yours.
Each wedding is specifically designed for your individual tastes and requirements. So obviously, future appointments will be necessary to determine the specifics of your special day.
As the venue will be available exclusively for your special day and we exclude our regular guests, venue hire is a more appropriate method of quoting .Our rates are determined by the date, size, and time of your wedding.
We can cater for children with a special menu and activities to make their day special too, and yes, beverage packages run for 5 hours.
