Pepper Tree was awarded 5 Stars by James Halliday in his latest edition of the James Halliday Australian Wine Companion 2010. James reviewed 13 wines in his highly regarded Wine Companion in which he awarded 11 of Pepper Tree's newly release wines 92 points and above. Another great result achieved by the Pepper Tree winemaking team. Well Done!

Luke draws on his experience as well as great passion to create wonderful wines of complexity and finesse across our Pepper Tree range. This is reflected through the recent accolades that Pepper Tree has received. As well as the Semillon top gold, Pepper Tree was awarded the Current Vintage Verdelho Trophy for their 2009 varietal range Verdelho at this years Hunter Valley Wine Show. The latest gong is for the 2008 Pepper Tree Reserve Venus Block Orange Chardonnay, which won a trophy for Best one year old Chardonnay at the 2009 Riverina Wine Show.
Classics on the Boardwalk

L!vesites and Newcastle Improvised Music Association presents Classics on the Boardwalk from 10am to 4pm on Saturday September 18 at Honeysuckle Boardwalk.
Dine along the harbour at one of Newcastle’s finest restaurants while taking in a sophisticated performance of classical music. Performances will include a classical grand piano, strings and woodwind instruments.
L!vesites program director Paul Tibbles says “Come and feast on a cornucopia of classical contemporary music by the harbour. We have some sparkling music to complement the sparkling waves”.
“This is the first time L!vesites has presented Classics on the Boardwalk and I imagine it will add a sophisticated element to the diner’s experience”.
L!vesites is an initiative of the City of Newcastle, Hunter Development Corporation and Arts NSW.
